The only thing I would request is less crumbs

Sundays website would be better if someone monitored it to prevent over shipment.

Maybe a bit less pricey. But the recipe is one dogs would buy themselves if they could.

It’s a bit pricey, but so is dry dog food.

Make it more affordable.

It took us about 6 weeks to get our first order of Sundays. I'm afraid with how popular it's becoming that we may experience similar issues with future shipments as more dog owners discover it. It's a downside that we can't buy it at the store, but that's also probably part of how it's able to be so amazing.

Would love different protein options and treats! Nothing to improve in our eyes

Keep doing what your doing and don’t change the beef formula

We've had issues with running out of her food but I'm hoping those are resolved now. And there was one bag that was very light and crumbly, although that didn't stop Buffy from chowing it down.

Don’t decrease your quality or standards. Maybe have food just for puppies. Maybe offer treats, or wet food.

I had a way to make changes to shipping and to the amount of food being shipped.

Food never ships on the date scheduled...constantly juggling the date so I do not run out.

More variety in flavors ; turnaround time for order - both of which I know you are addressing.

There were potentials for other flavors (Chicken, Fish etc..)

THE ONLY THING I WOULD IMPROVE UPON IS CUSTOMIZING THE DELIVERIES TO SUIT THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. I WANTED TO SET UP EVERY 95 DAYS BECAUSE THAT IS HOW LONG 4 72 OZ BAGS WILL LAST US BUT I HAD TO DO EVERY 84 DAYS BECAUSE THAT IS MAX OF WHAT THEY WILL DO BUT I CAN SKIP AN ORDER WHICH IS NO DIFFERENT THAN SETTING IT UP FOR EVERY 95 DAYS.

The only downside is the cost- I wish it was a little more affordable, but it's worth it for him to be so excited to eat. There were also issues with shipping delays in the beginning but the customer service team was very responsive and helpful.

If you don’t mess with the recipe other than adding an additional protein as part of the Sundays family.

I want to support a company that wants to make a difference in the way they produce a healthy dog food. I don’t understand all the undertaking but I wish it could be a little less expensive.

The website should have an area to see your subscription and easily make changes. Instead I had to contact an employee for assistance and apparently that's not easy on a weekend.

I did receive one box that was mostly crumbs -- really dust. I didn't like that so I think you should stop packaging when the food is just dust. Not only does it make the dog sneeze, it is not a decent product. If I am paying about $2/day to feed Sophie, I don't want dust.

The only thing I can say is the consistency of the boxes of food needs to be better. I've had boxes of crumbs, too hard, too dark or too light. (they're not crazy about some of the differences & the "sand" is good for nothing. That being said customer service is awesome
