Make it more affordable

More organ packed meats, get away from any animal raised on anti biotics. LOWER PRICE, MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT I EAT IH A WEEK.....THAT WILL KILL YOU IN THE LOIN G\G RUN

Make the food taste as good as the treats! 😊

Small kibble-sized pieces meant for little dogs might make it more enticing for them.

Smaller pieces please! I would love to exchange the order I have just received if that is an option.

It could have smaller pieces (different consistency per each dog) for a tiny dog or old. The food isn't moist enough its very dry.

I don't think Lucy likes the shape of the food. She's not a gobbler and the flat pieces may be more work than she wants to put in to eating. This is frustrating for me! Sorry I couldn't give you better news.

First and foremost, the shipping needs to improve drastically. If i knew that my order would arrive in 4 or so days, it would be easier to plan. Second, I get that the food is expensive, but it's TOO expensive, even for me...

It seems like half the bag is pulverized pieces. Since I have to hand feed my dog, that is an expensive waste.

Answer whether it is air dried or oven dried.

If it was packaged better like before, and if it was possible to have it packaged on smaller amounts so it stays fresh for awhile once the package is opened.

Sundays has absolutely zero customer service. If you're lucky enough to get your order in online without needing assistance, then it may work for you. Their website is glitchy and hard to use. The food seems really good, but the customer service makes the whole experience awful . I don't understand why they don't ramp up the quality of their service. Maybe their pool of potential employees are unfavorable? Maybe they don't pay enough? I'll probably never find out because they never called me back. The rep who finally emailed (wouldn't call me) never answered questions, just beat around the bush, and didn't solve any of the problems I had with delivery or ordering.

My Westie gobbled up the samples you sent that convinced me to buy, but won’t eat any from my first order. Are the samples and normal production different?

I like the nutritional value and that they don’t use synthetic supplements. But disappointed that they only offer discounts to new customers. They had a memorial day sale going on and I received the email about the sale, but discount did not apply to me, because I was existing customer!!! How about giving discounts to your Loyal customers too!!!

I was shocked to see all the fancy unnecessary boxing. I'd rather Sundays make their product cheaper by forgoing the inner box. I doubt I will continue because of the cost of one 36oz box.

My dog does like the food and is a picky eater, but the cost was just too high. My main complaint comes from the bag i food I got, it looked nothing like any of the stuff that’s advertised. Instead of the big chips of food, my bag was all crumbled up and seem like it was older inventory.

Product has great ingredients, website is nice, shipping is quick. My dog just isn’t into the food. She is notoriously picky and, after the first few days, has been uninterested in this food.

I did the taste test with my dog, put a bowl of the old food down, which is fresh pet and put a bowl down of Sundays. She chose the fresh pet not to mention the stuff stinks really bad ! Maybe your other recipes will be more appealing and smell better ?

My dogs loved the food, the packaging is great. However I do not understand why the Boxs do not come in a larger size. Also the first time I bought I could order an amount of boxes I wanted the second time I had no control and was said to be automated…. As a very successful business owner I urge you the utter inefficiency in this and no one will like this . I have run out of food twice and am extremely disappointed with this structure. I would love to be able to log in and purchase so many boxes as I need with a reoccurring shipping.

The food appeared as advertised and my dog loved it. When I signed up, I was told the subscription would need to renew about every month; however upon reading the feeding instructions I realized that I would need to renew about every two weeks in order to have enough food for my dog, which would about double my expected cost for the food. The initial estimate of cost that the marketing team provided me was not accurate.

Make them in small cubes instead. Also better to carry in pockets for treats.

Unfortunately, before the first box was finished I noticed mold developing on some of the nuggets. I did not receive a satisfactory response when I reported this to the company. I would advise you to use it fast if you plan to buy.

Don't send out an "its on its way" email, until its' actually on its way. Poor planning on Sundays' part makes for hungry dogs on this end! Allow an easier way to change your ordering schedule. I didn't need it when they were going to send it automatically, but, when I did order, we waited 2 1/2 weeks after we were told it was in transit to receive it! Now for some reason, I am receiving shipments up the wazoo. We are actually running out of space to tuck all these yellow boxes away. The first bag of this shipment is the first one we have received that is not at least 1/3 crumbs. Yay! My picky dog has actually eaten meals of all crumbs (because that's all we had). My un-picky dog likes Sundays for treats before bed. Go figure. I like the product, just not the administrative end. Perhaps it is time for Sundays to hire some on-site admin people instead of having everyone work at home!

Please change the shape of the pieces to something that is not a choking hazard.

My dog will not eat it. I like the convenience and the fact that it is not hard kibble but my dog does not like it.
